Transit-Oriented Development (TOD)

The Denver Regional Council of Governments (DRCOG) presents this Web site as a resource for planners, developers, policy-makers and citizens who are interested in the implementation of Transit-Oriented Development.

Transit-Oriented Developments (TODs) are pedestrian-friendly, mixed-use developments, located within a half-mile of a transit stop. They are designed to allow residents and workers to drive their cars less and use alternative modes (transit, walk, bike) more.
