RTD Station Area Reports

The Transit Oriented Development Status Report provides an annual update on the status of transit oriented development (TOD) activities in close proximity to RTD's existing transit system as well as future FasTracks stations. The report covers urban planning and real estate development activity, and also provides perspectives on real estate trends based on collected and observed information from a variety of sources. The report is presented to the RTD Board of Directors annually to provide timely information on new TOD related activity or changes in the status of existing plans and projects.
